Two years ago a friend of mine, Mr. Louis Evangelista, moved his
family to Collingswood, NJ and decided to run for school board. Two consecutive years
he came in last place earning almost the same number of votes each time.
Before the third election I created a very simple website for him...but with video.
He was the only candidate who you could actually meet online and the thousands of
residents who never came to town meetings enjoyed watching his video and then wondering
why the other candidates didn't make this extra and meaningful effort.
He won by 10%.
