Hi, I’m the owner, Randy Zeitman.

Website rebranding is about changing your marketing message to appeal to a broader audience. Let use hot dogs as an example.

Everyone gets hot dogs – it’s a fun food… for a picnic or a barbacue or at *Phillies game served on a bun in a waxxy wrapper along with condiment packets.

But in the 1950’s someone transformed the humble hot dog into a luxury item.

It started with shrinking the hotdog and serving several on a serving plate instead of a paper wrapper. Making tiny buns was gonna be tough so instead they baked each mini dog inside a little croissant. They took the condiments out of the packets and put it in fancy little bowls with little fancy spoons.

And then someone came up with a clever name … pigs in a blanket.

By repackaging a commodity food into a luxury delicacy they could sell more … and for more. Caterers around the world probably rejoiced.
