Reputation Management

Unfair reviews are rampant and punish good people and organizations for bad reasons. Our replies to unfair reviews make the author remove the review 90% of the time.

Negative reviews are typically authored by a reactive opposition making absurd claims about payments, promises and performance.

We rescue the organization by turning a negative review into a blessing in disguise by writing a clear, diplomatic reply that showcases the mature and elegant manner that the organization seeks to portray.

Example #1

1) A law firm received a hostile Google review from "L.G." as follows:

lawyereview3

2) The law firm replied:

"L G .. we have no record of you being a client in this office and this likely seems to be a competitor providing inaccurate and false information. Kindly reveal who you are so this can be properly addressed. Don't hide behind initials Sir or Madam.”

3) We found this reply a poor reflection of the organization and authored the following reply.

“Sir or Madam,

I am XXXXX, the owner of XXXXX. Would you please contact me in regard to this review. Respectfully it possible you are posting your review on someone’s behalf? If so is that individual our client? I certainly must ask as it seems reasonable that anyone experiencing the events you describe would have not delayed making contact, if not numerous times, with the organization in question.

I must also note that the absence of a full name in the review, as well as the signature of “Less” (Is this short for something?), reinforces my need to ask the questions above. As we are a firm consisting on only myself and Mr. Kerlin we both have are readily knowledgable of all our clients, present or past.

Furthermore, as you, anyone, can read in our many positive reviews, there are no other other examples of ‘reckless' or ‘surprise’ billing. In fact if such events occurred it would seem axiomatic that it would result in actions by regulatory entities and, as it would be public record, we’ve have never received any regulatory censures.

4) RESULT

Success: The law firm replaced their reply. Subsquently the review was removed by the author.

Example #2

1) A law firm received a hostile Google review as follows:

My husband and I thought it was best to reach out to this law firm regarding seek legal counsel needed and we felt that with this the extensive background with the state they would be best for representation and guidance.

Office representative Deborah stated that consultation will be done for a price of $300. Everything was point blank period. I convinced myself to not overthink her tone or rushed service. Following the call, a link was sent to my cell phone and the consultation fees were paid.

After the consultation fee of $300 was paid I was contacted, and an appointment was made. I wanted to know how much time should be put aside for meeting and Deborah stated consultations do not have a set time. Again, she was very brief and seemed bothered to even assist. I am now paying for your service; some professionalism and gratitude would be nice. Still, I made sure to clear my schedule with my employer and hoped for a better experience with an attorney.

The mental preparation that went into consultation was very overwhelming. I logged into the zoom consultation to find only one attorney; I was under the impression that I paid for the input of 3 attorneys on my matter; however, I understood that all could not be in attendance and agreed to be recorded. I start to unload detail of our experience. After 35 minutes of trying my best to cover some important details. I was advised to email any information that can go along with my case, and it would be reviewed.

My zoom session was on a Friday the 3rd and I figured a call back in one week would be fine if I hadn’t heard back. Timely filing is on the line with certain matters. On Friday the 10th a call was made to the office requesting any updates on the status of my review. Again, same tone on this call. Representative stated that she sent me a TEXT on Monday and that the case was reviewed and a $20,000 fee for services to continue with the case. When I told her that no text was received, she went to defend her statement stating that she can confirm that it was sent. I’m sure if I received a TEXT earlier in the week stating that $20,000 was needed to continue, the office would have received a call sooner for clarification of those fees.

I requested a call back from the attorney that “reviewed” my case. Is this firm serious about requesting more funds without even giving me a proper introduction to the attorneys handling my case? Not one outbound call made to us from the attorney whatsoever but additional payment is requested VIA TEXT. They already received a $300 payment for 35 minutes of me telling reason of outreach. Not 35 minutes of legal consulting or guidance, there were no detailed questions during our zoom session pertaining to my situation. I am still waiting for the call back. Only God knows if I will be receiving it. Are there people out there that would pay MORE than a consultation fee without more interaction?

I should not have overlooked the bad review of this firm. I read the response to it and I guess I tried to view both sides. I honestly feel that my experience was nothing more than a scam. I was scammed and fooled for $300 and another attempt to be scammed for $20,000. I am choosing to write this review to advise any and everyone that before making an initial payment for consultation you should gather more detail as to what is to be expected. Please do not settle for a general answer either. Your time is money, and your money can be spent on an office that shows respect, gratitude, and appreciation with EVERY interaction.

This firm should do better. The representatives should know that with every call that is made to the office it is someone that is needing your services and someone that is willing to pay for the services. Please DO BETTER. It Is unsettling to know I shared something so traumatizing and even sent information and all that came from it was a text for more money without explanation or guidance

2) We authored the following reply.

Hello Ms. Navedo,

This is XXXXX. You and I spoke on the Zoom call.

I certainly must apologize for your experience with Deborah, one of our Office Representatives.

Most of our new clients come by referral or by Google after reading our many reviews, as you did, and I think it's accurate and fair to say we have been experiencing growing pains, certainly in part due to the progressive lifting of Covid restrictions in the latter half of 2022 which resulted in an increase of staff and work hours.

We apologize about your experience with Deborah. You made no mention of complaint with your conversation with XXXXX which is both good to hear and consistent with his client interactions as is detailed by our many recent reviews posted specifically in regard to XXXXX’s speed and results … for which we and our clients are grateful.

Success: Our client posted the alternate reply. The review was deleted in hours.

Example #3

1) A law firm received a hostile Google review as follows:

lawyereview2

2) The law firm rashly replied:

Our apologies you are having financial issues. Never heard a complaint in the 3 years you were represented and received great results. Can't please everyone and best of luck Mr. Pearson.

3) We authored an alternate reply:

Mr. Pearson, this is a surprise to say the least. We have worked together for over three years, resolved your issues together, and at no time did you express any concern about our representation or fees. In addition I would ask you contact me as soon as possible regarding your description of a check that was altered? … (your words). Altering a check would seem to be forgery and there has been no contact from you, the bank or the police so we could certainly like to know more about what you are referring to.
